中国で金魚は金が余る、蓄財に通じる縁起の良い魚とされる。題名のお福ちゃんは蘭鋳の顔をお多福に見立てている為。
In china, gold fishes are regarded as an auspicious fish that represents excess of money and is believed to bring a lot of savings. The title "Ofuku-chan" comes from the resemblance of Lanzhu gold fish face to the "Otafuku" face.
